Do you accept returns?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order for store credit only. Non-returnable items include, jewelry, masks, final sale items, and gift cards. Items must be returned in their original condition with the original hang-tags

Are returns free?

Unfortunately, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. The return shipping fees will be deducted from your issued store credit amount. 

Do I keep the tracking number for my return?

Yes, please keep the tracking number for your reference once you have dropped your package off at your local UPS. 

How will I receive my store credit?

After your return has been received and processed, you will receive an email directly with an e-gift card with your refund amount. 

I received my item damaged. 

Please email customerservice@cleocentric.com. Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of purchase date if in store, or 2 days within delivery date if ordered online. In the subject line, please put your last name and order number. Please attach a photo of the damaged item. 

I wore my item once and now it is damaged. Can I still return it?

Ownership transfers from the business to the customer once the item has been washed/worn (whichever comes first). We are unable to issue store credit for this.

My package has been lost/stolen. What should I do?

Please contact the carrier customer service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
