Online Return Policy
All returns will be processed for STORE CREDIT only.
No exchanges will be processed. You will need to return your item through our returns portal and place an order for a new one.
Order cancellations will be issued in the form of store credit.
Your return must be sent back within 21 days from the original delivery date that is stated by the tracking number.
All merchandise must be returned in its original condition with original tags attached.
Merchandise that has been altered, stretched, changed in its appearance will not be accepted.
Shoes must be returned in their original packaging.
If you receive a damaged item, you must contact customerservice@cleocentric.com within 7 days of the delivery date that is stated by the tracking number.
Final Sale items include: sale items, gift cards, accessories, bra items.
Return Instructions
You can return your items at one of our retail stores or you can proceed with initiating an online return:
1. Navigate to the footer menu and click on the Returns Portal
2. Package item(s) in their original condition with attached tags
3. Once the return has been received, inspected, and accepted, you will be issued store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Items that are returned and do not meet the return requirements will be rejected and sent back upon receipt.
We are not responsible for tracking lost packages. It is highly recommended you keep the tracking for your return.
Please note that orders not started through our returns portal will be sent back to the original address on the order and store credit will not be issued.
