Online Return Policy

All returns will be processed for STORE CREDIT only.
No exchanges will be processed. You will need to return your item and place an order for a new one. 
We do NOT accept order cancellations. Please note that this also applies to pre-order items. 
Each Item's Return Policy will be posted on the product page. 

21 Day Return Policy 

You have 14 days from the delivery date to contact us to begin your return for items listed under the 21 day return policy. Your return must be sent back within 21 days from the original delivery date that is stated by the tracking number. 
All merchandise must be returned in its original condition with original tags attached. 
Merchandise that has been altered, stretched, changed in its appearance will not be accepted.
If you receive a damaged item, you must contact customerservice@cleocentric.com within 2 days of the delivery date that is stated by the tracking number. 

14 Day Return Policy

You have 7 days from the delivery date to contact us to begin your return for items listed under the 14 day return policy. Your return must be sent back within 14 days from the original delivery date that is stated by the tracking number.
All merchandise must be returned in its original condition with original tags attached. 
Merchandise that has been altered, stretched, changed in its appearance will not be accepted.
Shoes must be returned in their original packaging.
If you receive a damaged item, you must contact customerservice@cleocentric.com within 2 days of the delivery date that is stated by the tracking number. 

3 Day Return Policy

You have 1 day from the delivery date to contact us to begin your return for items listed under the 3 day return policy. Your return must be sent back within 3 days from the original delivery date that is stated by the tracking number.
All merchandise must be returned in its original condition with original tags attached. 
Merchandise that has been altered, stretched, changed in its appearance will not be accepted.
If you receive a damaged item, you must contact customerservice@cleocentric.com within 2 days of the delivery date that is stated by the tracking number.

Final Sale

Items that are listed as final sale are not eligible for return.
Sale items are final sale.
Gift cards are final sale.

Return Instructions 

You can return your items at one of our retail stores or you can proceed with initiating an online return:
1. Email customerservice@cleocentric.com with your order number and item(s) to be returned within the allotted time frame. We will provide you with the return address.
2. Package item(s) in their original condition with attached tags 
3. Drop off package at your desired shipping station. It is recommended to save your return tracking number.
4. Once the return has been received, inspected, and accepted, you will receive an e-gift card with the refund amount within 48 hours. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
 The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 
Items that are returned and do not meet the return requirements will be sent back upon receipt. 
We are not responsible for tracking lost packages. 
International returns (Outside of the U.S) will not be accepted.
