Pre-Orders

What is a Pre-Order?
Pre-order items are products that are not currently in stock but are available for advance purchase. These items will be shipped once they arrive at our warehouse. A product will be listed as pre-order on the product page. 

Estimated Processing Time
Each pre-order item will have an estimated processing or ship date listed in the product description. If a date is not listed, it is estimated to ship within 4-10 weeks. 

Payment
Full payment is collected at checkout to secure your pre-order. This ensures your item is reserved and allocated to you once inventory arrives.

Shipping & Delivery
Once your pre-order item arrives, please allow our standard processing time (typically 1–3 business days) for your order to ship. Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships.

Order Changes or Cancellations
Order cancellations are issued in the form of store credit. Order changes can be made anytime prior to your order shipping. Please contact us on IG, Tik Tok, chat support, or at customerservice@cleocentric.com

Returns
Pre-order items are eligible for return under the same conditions as regular orders. Please refer to our Return Policy for details.

Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated ship dates, delays may occasionally occur. We will notify you via email if there are any significant changes to your order’s estimated arrival date.
