Cleo Centric ships within the United States and to eligible international destinations. Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout.
Order Processing
Please allow 1–3 business days for in-stock orders to be processed before shipping. Processing time is separate from the estimated shipping time.
Pre-order and backordered items may require additional processing time. Please review the product page for any estimated processing or shipping dates.
Domestic Shipping — United States
Free standard shipping is available on orders with a merchandise subtotal of $65 USD or more after discounts.

The free-shipping offer applies to standard shipping within the United States. Preferred and priority shipping remain paid options.

Your eligibility for free shipping and final charges will be displayed at checkout. The U.S. $65 free-shipping offer does not apply to Canadian orders.
Other International Destinations
Shipping to the United Kingdom and other eligible international destinations is calculated at checkout based on the destination, package details, and available carrier services.
Carrier options may include DHL, Fedex and UPS. Available services and any delivery estimates are displayed at checkout. Free shipping is not currently offered for international destinations outside Canada.

Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
International orders may be subject to duties, import taxes, or carrier clearance fees.
Any duties or import taxes collected at checkout will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Free shipping covers the shipping charge only and does not automatically waive duties, taxes, or import fees.
Delivery Estimates and Tracking
Shipping times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and dispatched. Delivery may take longer because of customs clearance, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships. Please check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
