Retail Store Return Policy

All returns will be processed for STORE CREDIT only.
Returns will be accepted within 21 days from the date purchased. 
All merchandise must be returned in its original condition with original tags attached. 
Merchandise that has been altered, stretched, changed in its appearance will not be accepted.
If an item is discounted due to damage, it is Final Sale.
If you purchase an item that is damaged, you must contact customerservice@cleocentric.com within 2 days of the original purchase date. 
Items with a red dot sticker, highlighted tag, and/or final sale stamp are not eligible for return or exchange. 
Sale Items Are Final Sale.
Gift Cards are Final Sale. 
No Exceptions.

Return Instructions

  1. Visit us at any location with your return. Receipt is needed to process all returns.
  2. Return must meet the above criteria in order to be accepted. 
  3. If accepted, a store e-gift card will be issued.
